Automatezo is a Plug&Play integration platform to connect your Zoho Inventory or Books to Exact Online for syncing Orders and/or Invoices.
Currently this platform only supports NL and Belgium datacenter of Exact Online.
Once you have signed up for the platform and connected your automatezo account to Exact and Zoho, you will be redirect to the My Account page, there you can see the webhook url. All you need to do is to go to Zoho Settings > Automation > Create Webhook. Follow our documentation for the detailed guideline.
Depending on what you have enabled in Exact and Zoho, it can sync almost anything by dynamically mapping the fields during the sync. Some data properties include:
– Salesperson
– Warehouse
– Cost-center
– Payment Condition
Almost anything the Exact invoice data type can offer us to map with Zoho Invoice. We even sync the Credit Note that you create in Zoho from the invoice. Some data properties are:
– Salesperson
– GL Accounts on Item level
– Cost-center
– VAT rates and EU-VAT (exempt) rates
– Invoice Template
Simply make sure the VAT Rates Names in Zoho match the VAT Codes descriptions of Exact Online.
We map the customer initially via the email address. If that does not exists in Exact, then we map it based on the name. If that also does not match, then we create the customer in Exact Online.
We map Products via the SKU, which equals the Item Code in Exact. If there is no match, then we create the item in Exact.
Yes! You will receive an email notification on the moment the sync fails with the reason(s). These are the most frequent reasons whenever an order or invoice is not synced:
– Customer information is not complete in Zoho, e.g. missing email address
– Zoho tax rate name does match the VAT Code description of Exact
– Currency of Zoho does not match the currency in Exact
– Payment Condition of Zoho does not match with Payment Condition of Exact
